Picknick
In the video work “Picknick”, four dancers in traditional costumes sit around an empty dance floor on which they move in turn with minimalist choreography. While they are celebrating, eating, drinking, laughing and watching each other, their movements tell of loss, loneliness, sadness and speechlessness – and the attempt to get in touch with the others.
