PROLOG / ACTS

Performer and choreographer Emanuele Soavi enters a space in which he is surrounded by 18 self-portraits from the photo installation “ACTS”, with which he opened up a space for statements, images and reflections for international movement and body artists during the pandemic. In the setting of these visual works, Soavi, together with sound artist Johannes Malfatti, explores the fragile relationship between the (surrounding) world and the (performative) body. The performance “PROLOG” is the prelude to the series “SOLO LIKE A PIG”.
